Sunlight through blinds in my studio, morning of 13th Nov 2017
This is an ongoing project in which I post a new image each day to Instagram. All originate from a single photo taken, as the title indicates, on 13th November 2017. A small selection is shown here.

Additionally, I have used these as the basis of a number of related chance-based pieces:-

1. Every month I use all the past month's images, to produce a short, randomly sequenced, video. A couple are included here.
2. In later videos, sound effects were included with the videos. A video containing a random selection of 10 second clips from these was produced and exhibited in 2024. An extract is included here.
3. Also the round video included here is an extract from one created from all the first year's daily posts.
4. And at the other extreme are the 'video thoughts', one or two second looping videos.
5. Additionally, I sometimes combine images using randomly generated parameters to create new chance-based images, 'slippages', doubles, and blends, for example. A few are shown.
6. Then there is the realtime web triptych 'first 500' which repeatedly and randomly selects from the first 500 days of the project.
